The SMC International Team recently set the following list of goals for 2012-2013:

Consultation at Mount Hermon - July 2011

Gather: Conferences and Consultations

• Passion Points Conferences – Churches, non-YWAM organizations, students: 3-day in 2013
• Consultations in Australia, Europe and Africa – By Sept. 2012

Train: Resources on Web by Mar. 2012

• Methods & Best Practices
• Models (UDTS, etc.)
• Curriculum & Manuals: PHOS, Slingshot, Club, FMI
• Blog – Regular postings of SMC IC (beginning Jan. 2012)

Send: Register 100 Field Projects to Host Field Ministry Internships

• Redesign Field Ministry Internship for multiplication – By Jan. 2013
• Attract non-christians for special teams
• Possibly tied to University DTS outreaches
• Create thematic teams: Passion Points & Causes
• Develop International & year-long projects: (i.e. Megacities/Africa)

Network: Establish an international coordination office, including study center, guest house, and library.

• Develop Web-based Project Development Registry – By Sept. 2012
• Develop Strategic Alliances/International Partners (Call2All-Students, UofN Colleges, YWAM CMI, Christian Colleges, Churches, National & International Student Organizations, IJM, etc.)
